Treatment For Cellulitis
A curse to many women, cellulite is formed close to the skin surface and produces a number of wrinkled fat cells intermixed with the connective tissue and produces that strange ?orange peel? effect most of us have witnessed. Do not be fooled into thinking that cellulite is a condition in the province of women who are overweight as most women carry additional fat anyway but women who are naturally slim can also suffer with cellulite.
Fat beneath the surface of the skin pushes against connective tissue causing it to give that dimpled look referred to as cellulite. The real cause of cellulite is unknown so is the reasons why some women are more prone to suffering with it than others but scientists believe that it could be due to the way the cells are structured beneath the skin.
One thing is for certain though ad that is cellulite increases with age which is partly due to the reduction of collagen and elastin in the system which is why we tend to have more wrinkles as we get older. It is classified as a hormonal imbalance experienced by women and seldom appears on males as normally fat stored in the thighs and buttock is the same as fat stored all over the body so no difference is observed.
Treatment For Cellulitis...
Cellulite often goes unnoticed for the majority of the time for most people and is only seen when a person has their thigh muscles compressed in the case of squatting for example or when the skin is pinched in the thigh area and the puckered skin becomes apparent and the fat can be felt but most women suffer with cellulite to some degree. After a great deal of research, certain conditions do help with the formation and retention of cellulites like the age of the person, their gender, how thick their skin is and the amount of extra fat they carry.
Despite research, science has no answers the definitive cause of cellulites which means that any manufacturer can make claims bout how to rid people of the condition including cellulite creams that make it disappear. Some specialty clinics that specialize on cellulite removal simply apply deep massaging to puff up the skin and temporarily reduce the cellulite’s appearance.
Other treatments involve liposuction (to remove fats) and mesotheraphy (injection of drugs into cellulite) which is expensive and out of reach of the majority of women. Only temporary relief can be gained from both these procedures and liposuction despite its success at removing deep fat from large areas of the body, is not designed for the fats close to the surface as in the case of cellulite.
A number of cosmetic manufacturers claim their creams are an effective method of cellulite removal but it would seem these are just a method of making the condition less visible and as yet no definitive treatment exists. So far the best method is back to basics combining a healthy diet with exercise that gradually burns off the fat but not the connective tissue the cellulite is found it.
If this is also followed by the adoption of drinking plenty of fresh water every day; unwanted toxins which can help in the formation of cellulite in the tissue are gradually removed.
