Fighting Cellulite ? Free Secrets
Beneath the skin, especially in the lower half of the body is a large number of fat cells that are just under the skin and form those orange peel type effects everyone knows as cellulite. Do not be fooled into thinking that cellulite is a condition in the province of women who are overweight as most women carry additional fat anyway but women who are naturally slim can also suffer with cellulite.
As the collection of fats push against the connective tissue, it tends to cause the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker and visually look lumpy; giving you what is referred to as cellulite. In reality, nobody knows the real reason why some people accumulate cellulite and not others, but there are some factors that health experts are considering such as the structure of the fat cells or toxins that enter the body.
One thing is for certain though ad that is cellulite increases with age which is partly due to the reduction of collagen and elastin in the system which is why we tend to have more wrinkles as we get older. Cellulites is classified as a problem caused by hormones and is why men rarely suffer with the condition as fat in their body is consistent throughout.

Even women who do not appear to have cellulites may have them and sometimes this is visible when the skin is compressed as in the case of squatting or when it is pinched between the thumb and forefinger; however as most women suffer with at some stage it seems to be a perfectly normal condition. Many factors make up the build-up of cellulites which range from the sex of the person to their age, genetic make-up, skin type, skin thickness all have a part to play in its formation.
Despite research, science has no answers the definitive cause of cellulites which means that any manufacturer can make claims bout how to rid people of the condition including cellulite creams that make it disappear. A large number of cosmetic clinics are now offering a massage service which they say rids the cellulite but it in fact hides it by puffing up the skin in the areas affected.
Other treatments involve liposuction (to remove fats) and mesotheraphy (injection of drugs into cellulite) which is expensive and out of reach of the majority of women. These known remedies offer only temporary relief and are likewise not advisable as liposuction for example should only be used to remove deep fats and is not very effective in the removal of cellulite.
A number of cosmetic manufacturers claim their creams are an effective method of cellulite removal but it would seem these are just a method of making the condition less visible and as yet no definitive treatment exists. Although no treatment can really help, adjustments to lifestyle habits seem to be a better option which means adopting a healthy diet, with regular physical activity and an overall reduction in weight.
Water too is useful as it has the effect of flushing out toxins that accumulate and are though to be partly responsible in addition to smokers to quit or reduce their smoking which is an effective way for toxins to enter the body.
