Tissues containing fat, usually situated on the backs of the thighs, stomach and buttocks are called cellulites and are mainly found in women. Men can have cellulites too although they are usually whiter or several shades lighter than their normal skin color. From the diet standpoint, eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and working with a detoxifying diet, improves the chances of the cellulites disappearing. Try to eat more wholegrain foods but avoid wherever possible the likes of coffee and soft fizzy drinks.

Water therapy is also proving to be effective because it seems to make cellulites become less visible as it removes toxins in the body as well as fat and also aids in proper digestion and blood circulation.
