Best Cellulite Creams
For many women, the term cellulites conjures up a certain dread for this problem of fatty tissue tends to favour the abdomen, thighs and bottom of a considerable percentage of females. However, men can suffer with cellulites as well and are often seen as patches lighter then the surrounding skin. Normally, with good circulation, a person will have smooth skin layers, but when there is fluid in the layers, the stored fats, and other chemical toxins do not get flushed out of the system and become trapped within the skin. Over time this fatty tissue hardens and produces what we call cellulites easily identified as those areas giving an ?orange peel? effect to the skin.
The appearance of the cellulites will depend upon each person?s genetics, their lifestyle and the weight of the individual, all of which are factors in cellulite formation. Because there are different types of cellulites, even active and fit individuals can suffer with them even if they are not overweight, including the likes of dancers and runners because the cellulites are found contained in the muscle itself. The hard cellulites attach themselves directly to the muscle tissue and are the hardest to remove. The easier cellulites to see are the soft type and whilst they are more unsightly as they may appear to hang from the skin and affect larger muscle areas, they are considerably easier to remove.
Unfortunately, it?s women who are most often the ones with cellulite problems and they can start anytime after they turn 14 years of age plus as they grow older, the affected areas become larger. The contraceptive pill has been linked with acquiring cellulites, as has giving birth and suffering from an injury.

Having the correct diet and plenty of exercise is still believed to be the best way to control cellulites as exercise will improve the circulation which in turn improves the appearance of the skin. Whilst exercise is good, it works better when working in conjunction with a detoxifying diet which should include plenty of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain foods are also greatly recommended but foods that should be avoided include regular favorites such as coffee and soft drinks.
Although so far unproven, it is considered by some that spicy foods may also help contribute to the formation of cellulites. The build up of toxins in the body can also be avoided by not drinking alcohol or smoking. Although cellulites are not necessarily formed by a high fat diet fat is difficult to flush out of the system and can contribute to the cellulites formation so a low-fat diet is preferable.
Whilst cellulite creams have some success at preventing the cellulites formation and growth, they cannot as yet, remove cellulites from the tissue altogether. The creams that contain alpha-hydroxyl acid improve the elasticity of the skin making the cellulites less obvious but do not actually remove the cellulites. Water therapy is also proving to be effective because it seems to make cellulites become less visible as it removes toxins in the body as well as fat and also aids in proper digestion and blood circulation.
